This Shipping, Fulfillment, and Payment Policy establishes the terms, conditions, and procedures governing the order execution, dispatch, transit, and monetary settlement for products acquired through Moduviamnp. By initiating a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to the operational schedules, rates, and stipulations set forth herein.

1. Geographic Coverage and Destination Restrictions

Moduviamnp processes and ships orders to physical residential and commercial addresses within the forty-eight contiguous states, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, and designated domestic non-continental territories. Please note the following fulfillment constraints:

• APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses: Shipments directed to military installations are accepted via domestic postal transport; however, extended transit intervals of up to twenty-one business days may occur due to specialized handling and security routing.
• P.O. Boxes: Standard parcel courier services cannot deliver oversized merchandise to Post Office boxes. Orders designated for P.O. Box addresses must select standard postal fulfillment at checkout.
• Freight Forwarding Entities: Moduviamnp does not assume liability for package damage, loss, or intermediate transit delays once a parcel is documented as received by a third-party commercial forwarding facility selected by the purchaser.

2. Order Processing, Verification, and Timelines

Every submitted order undergoes fraud prevention checks and inventory confirmation before entering warehouse dispatch queues.

• Fulfillment Timelines: Standard processing requires between one (1) and two (2) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding statutory non-working holidays). Orders completed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time enter processing on the following regular business day.
• Order Verification: If security automated review triggers an address verification flag, processing may be temporarily held until the purchaser verifies identity or delivery coordinates. This protective measure reduces unauthorized card usage.
• Inventory Availability: In the infrequent event that an ordered item experiences unexpected warehouse shortages, Moduviamnp reserves the right to deliver available goods while placing remainder stock on expedited backorder, notifying the customer promptly via email.

3. Shipping Methods, Transit Windows, and Fee Schedules

Delivery charges are transparently computed at checkout based on the final packaging weight, dimension parameters, and physical destination. The standard fulfillment alternatives include:

• Standard Ground Shipping: Delivery window spans three (3) to six (6) business days following dispatch. Cost ranges between $5.99 and $12.99 depending on shipment weight. Orders satisfying promotional minimum basket criteria may qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
• Expedited Two-Day Shipping: Delivery window encompasses two (2) business days from courier receipt. Rates generally range from $14.99 to $24.99. Saturday delivery may be restricted by regional carrier capabilities.
• Priority Overnight Transit: Next business day delivery guaranteed by end-of-day following fulfillment. Pricing ranges between $29.99 and $49.99. Orders must be confirmed before the daily cutoff time of 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
• Non-Contiguous Destinations: Shipments routed to Alaska, Hawaii, or non-continental territories may experience transit extensions of three (3) to five (5) additional business days and incur nominal regional surcharges calculated during final checkout.

4. Tracking, Transfer of Title, and Risk of Loss

Upon consignment of merchandise to the licensed commercial carrier, an electronic notification containing a direct tracking identifier is dispatched to the customer's provided email address. Purchasers are encouraged to monitor carrier tracking portals for delivery updates.

In alignment with applicable commercial regulations, all sales are executed on an F.O.B. (Free On Board) shipping point basis. Consequently, title to goods and the associated risk of physical loss, theft, or transit damage pass directly to the consumer upon successful tender of the cargo to the designated freight carrier. Moduviamnp remains committed to assisting consumers with freight loss claims, provided written notice of non-receipt or damage is submitted within seven (7) calendar days of the carrier-indicated delivery timestamp.

5. Delivery Discrepancies, Damaged Parcels, and Misdelivery

Upon physical arrival, the recipient is obligated to inspect external packaging for integrity before accepting custody. In the event of an anomaly:

• Damaged Shipments: Retain all original protective boxes, packing materials, and fractured articles. Photograph the damage immediately and provide photographic records along with your order identifier to customer care.
• Carrier-Confirmed Delivery Without Physical Receipt: If carrier GPS telemetry indicates delivery but the parcel cannot be located, purchasers must check secondary entry locations, review household member reception, and verify neighbor parcels before lodging an investigation. Carrier investigations must be filed within five (5) business days following marked arrival.
• Incorrect Address Submissions: Moduviamnp cannot be held accountable for failed, misrouted, or abandoned deliveries resulting from incorrect or deficient customer-entered shipping coordinates. Rerouting fees charged by carriers remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Accepted Payment Methods and Currency

All financial transactions are conducted strictly in United States Dollars (USD). Moduviamnp provides multiple secure transaction channels at checkout, including:

• Major Payment Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
• Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and certified one-click express checkouts.
• Electronic Transfers and Alternate Rails: PayPal and verified domestic debit mechanisms.

Moduviamnp does not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank drafts, postal money orders, or paper checks for remote transactions.

7. Payment Processing, Authorization, and Security Safeguards

When an order is submitted, an authorization hold is initiated on your financial instrument for the aggregate total, which includes product purchase prices, applicable state and municipal sales tax assessments, and selected shipping charges. Final clearing and capture of funds occur once merchandise is picked, packed, and assigned courier documentation.

Moduviamnp does not archive, retain, or access full sixteen-digit payment card numbers, card verification codes (CVV/CVC), or private banking credentials within internal server storage environments. Sensitive data is tokenized directly via the payment processor.

8. Taxation and Fiscal Compliance

Moduviamnp assesses, collects, and remits applicable state, regional, and municipal sales taxes in full compliance with economic nexus statutory thresholds and South Dakota v. Wayfair judicial doctrine. The accurate taxation assessment is systematically compiled based on destination street coordinates, prevailing local tax codes, and itemized product classifications.
